04. Solve the problems

This is where we earn our keep.

Delays, disputes, or a load gone quiet at a border. We chase it down and sort it out.

Every shipment plan survives until something doesn't go to plan: a delay at a border post, a dispute over damage or timing, a load that's gone quiet and nobody can tell you where it is. That's the moment a lot of transport arrangements fall apart, because whoever booked the truck has no leverage or reason to chase it once it's moving.

We do. Because we're accountable for the shipment end to end, a problem mid-route is still our problem to fix, not something we hand back to you to sort out yourself.

How we handle it

We chase down carriers who've gone quiet, push through border delays by working the actual contacts involved, and step into disputes to get them resolved rather than let them stall the shipment. You get updates, not silence, while it's being sorted.

Why it matters

The value of an agent shows up most clearly when something goes wrong. Anyone can coordinate a shipment that goes smoothly. What you're paying for is someone who stays on it, and has the relationships and leverage to actually move it, when it doesn't.

What happens next

Got a shipment coming up? We start the same way every time: finding the right carrier for it.
